Mr. Sarker’s expertise covers financial due diligence, tax and VAT compliance, IFRS advisory, corporate structuring, SOP development, and digital transformation consultancy. He holds both BBA and MBA degrees in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Dhaka. With global exposure across South Asia and Africa, he brings international insight to local challenges.
He has also served as an internal auditor at ASA International and IPDC Finance PLC for seven years, specializing in risk-based audits, internal control evaluations, and information system audits based on the ISACA Framework and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
He began his career with Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co., then the correspondence firm of Deloitte, and later worked with leading firms like Snehasish Mahmud & Co. and ACNABIN. His diverse audit portfolio spans sectors including banking, manufacturing, MNCs, MFIs, and listed companies.
Raman Kumar Sarker is a highly accomplished and versatile professional, serving as the Founder and Principal of the firm. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), accredited by ISACA, USA. He brings over a decade of comprehensive professional experience in audit, taxation, and advisory services across diverse industries.
